Following a change in the national government and subsequent appointments to its Board, our client, a national development bank, sought to align its institutional strategy with the priorities of the new regime. To help navigate the path forward, the bank hired us to assist in developing and enhancing their corporate strategy. By facilitating their annual Board and Management strategic planning retreats that year, we supported the institution to implement their new vision, six new corporate objectives, and a new strategy map; update their rolling three-year corporate plan, and lay the foundation for their corporate plan for 2017 through 2020.
