To meet the challenges of the next decade, an international trade finance institution retained our team of experts to help update their organizational strategy and business plan. We reviewed the multilateral agency’s corporate vision and strategic plan and undertook a comprehensive diagnostic of their organizational performance across key dimensions, from strategy and products to finances and operations. Based on our institutional review, in-depth analysis, and sectoral expertise, we assisted the client with the development of a new 10-year strategy, supported by a Balanced Scorecard Management System and five-year action plan, to help address performance gaps and accelerate the institution’s efforts toward increasing trade among member countries as a way to catalyze development.
