International Financial Consulting worked with the Uganda Development Bank ltd. (UDBL) to complete an Institutional Development Study to support the Bank in evolving toward a best practices development finance institution, with a board, management, and staff equipped to facilitate economic development in line with the Uganda’s national development plan. Not only did our project enhance UBDL’s ability to deliver on its development mandate more effectively and efficiently, but its economic and social impacts as well. For our work on this project, we were proud to accept the 2018 award from the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) for Outstanding Development Project Award under the human capital development category.
