Christine Scott

Senior Advisor, Monitoring and Evaluation

Christine Scott is a monitoring, evaluation and project specialist with over 25 years professional experience; with 19 years of consulting practice and 23 years of international development experience. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including private sector development, development finance, environment and sustainable development, gender equality, community/social development, agriculture, public/non-government capacity development, disaster mitigation, infrastructure. Christine is able to undertake evaluations and facilitate project design in a wide range of subject areas by applying general principles of evaluation and project design with strong research, facilitation and consultation skills. Her approach is collaborative and practical, focussing on the specific contexts of each client.


  • Over 40 program reviews, baseline assessments, mid-term, final and lessons learned evaluations for a range of donors and implementing agencies.
  • Strategic planning, focussing on integration of performance measurement and results-based frameworks for financial institutions, foundations and NGOs.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Strategy for a Caribbean-wide private sector development programme.
  • Global experience including assignments in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Guyana, Montserrat, the OECS, Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname; as well as Africa and the Middle East.


Christine holds a master's degree in Environmental Studies which combined her two interests – environment and sustainable development and monitoring and evaluation.
