Dennisia Francisco joined International Financial Consulting Ltd. in May 2018. Dennisia is an accomplished, skilled, decisive, and knowledgeable professional, who, over the past 18 years, has done work that has spanned the areas of diplomacy, management, communication, leadership, protected areas, and fiduciary management.
As Operations Manager at IFCL, Dennisia is a member of the administrative and support team who ensures that all the moving parts of the firm are harmonized to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Prior to joining IFCL, Dennisia worked briefly at Belize’s private sector umbrella organization, and served as Executive Director of Belize’s national Trust for protected areas where she had oversight responsibility for the management of both World Bank and locally financed projects that directly impact Belize’s protected areas. Dennisia also served as a policy and technical officer in the area of foreign policy at the national and regional levels with Belize’s ministry responsible for foreign affairs and with the Caribbean Community Secretariat respectively for a combined period that spans a decade.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Business and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations from the University of Kent, Canterbury’s campus in Brussels, Belgium.
