In his role at IFCL, Jonathan assists in project research and content writing across a range of development topics, including climate finance and export credit insurance. He supports the development of reports and presentations, the production of marketing materials, and the curation of business development proposals. Jonathan also facilitates outreach and client relationship management. He uses a thorough approach to ensure projects are of high quality, using proven research skills and consistent team communications.
Prior to joining IFCL, Jonathan worked in Paris and Vancouver, where he developed his research and content writing capabilities within the capacity of international relations. As a research assistant with the Mitacs Globalink Scholarship program, Jonathan conducted research regarding international health organizations to understand issues of geopolitical tensions and communication breakdowns, aiming to enhance cooperation in health diplomacy. Jonathan has pursued academic and professional experiences which inform his understanding of the international sphere and enhance his capacity to understand and analyze issues in international development and finance.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
